Zwift is an MMO fitness platform for cyclists and runners, that enables users to interact, train, and compete in a virtual world.
As product lead for game features, I led improvements to the player experience and accessibility from discovery to release across PC, mobile and Apple TV platforms. A critical project I undertook was leading the redesign of the home screen UI, successfully increasing engagement and activation targets for new players.

Battlefield 2042’s Portal mode allows players to create and customize their own multiplayer experiences by mixing classic maps, modes, and gameplay mechanics.
As lead producer, I led an 80+ person team, concentrating my efforts on the custom game editor feature. My role involved conceptualizing the features, prioritizing usability, balancing trade-offs, and ensuring alignment with the overall game vision.
Prior to working on Portal, I was the Character Producer for an unreleased new IP. I partnered with creative and art directors to shape character direction and unify art, narrative, and design during ideation and prototyping.

VALORANT is a tactical, team-based first-person shooter where players choose unique agents with special abilities and compete in strategic, objective-driven rounds.
As Producer for the VALORANT characters, I collaborated across disciplines to plan the character roster for launch. I was instrumental in rebooting the team’s vision and product direction for characters, resulting in a massively successful game with 17 – 19 million monthly players.

League of Legends is a team-based, competitive online game where players control unique champions to battle for objectives and destroy the enemy’s base.
As Delivery Lead for the content tools and pipeline team, I managed development quality, release scheduling, and team health. I led a League of Legends update that reduced data debt, minimizing impact on 10M+ players and boosting content creation speed. I also oversaw a VFX Editor that doubled skin production and increased revenue.

EVE Online is a massive, player-driven space MMO where players engage in exploration, combat, trading, and empire-building in a persistent galaxy. The universe expanded with the introduction of Dust 514, a ground-based shooter that integrated with the EVE ecosystem, allowing cross-platform interactions between players.
As Producer for the EVE Online and DUST 514 websites, I oversaw multiple Agile Scrum teams in a product owner role, managing the roadmap, features, and priorities while aligning stakeholders across departments. I also supported other web-focused initiatives, including the third-party developer platform and game launcher.
